Anna Mitsios – B. Com (Hons), Adv. Diploma Naturopathy, Adv. Diploma Nutrition, Certified GAPS (Gut & Psychology Syndrome) Practitioner
Helping you to achieve the abundance of health and vitality that you deserve is my passion in life. As a nutritionist and naturopath, the foundation of my approach comes firstly from a place of sincere care and compassion and an unfounded determination to assist every client who crosses my path.
My own experience with an auto-immune disease provides me with a strong understanding of nutrition, exercise and herbal therapy. It has also given me a deep empathy and a genuine desire to work together with you to deeply understand you and your health concerns and to provide you with the tools to make profound and lasting changes to not only your health but your life.
I completely understand the physical and emotional challenges associated with overcoming challenges to one’s health and my philosophy is underpinned by the concept of interconnectedness. My treatment protocols emphasise the philosophy that optimal vitality can only be achieved through harmony of the physical, biochemical and emotional aspects of one’s being as well as the surrounding environment.
I will use evidence-based diagnostic testing and proven herbal and nutritional medicine as well as coaching techniques to empower you to change your health and your life.
My previous life in the finance industry has given me a unique perspective of the demands of balancing a successful career and healthy lifestyle. So I particularly enjoy sharing insights on how to achieve work life balance given the demands of modern life. One of the things I particularly enjoy is helping you to find your true passion and calling in life and it is here that often the life changing component of my work begins.
