Liver Tonic Juice

  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 celery stick
  • ¼ beetroot
  • 2 cm ginger
  • A handful of parsley or mint
  • Handful of spinach or small piece of pineapple (optional)
  • Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth alternately juice in your living juicer*.
  • Drain juice through a Nut Mylk bag
